Kerellos Tadros, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, oversees the firm’s strategic direction, operational structure, and risk framework. In addition to executive leadership, he maintains direct involvement in trading activity, overseeing positions, evaluating strategy performance, and actively participating in execution when required. His role ensures that firm-wide decisions remain closely connected to market behavior and real-time risk conditions.

Matthew Young serves as Co-Founder, Head Trader, and Chief Financial and Investment Officer. He leads day-to-day trading operations and is responsible for strategy execution, position management, and risk controls. As CFO/CIO, he also oversees capital efficiency, financial discipline, and alignment between trading activity and the fund’s long-term objectives.

Both co-founders are active traders. All strategies employed by the fund were developed, tested, and refined through proprietary trading prior to any external considerations.
